gordo’s many amigos

Mom is here and she is a godsend, I’m not allowed to lift a finger..

Morning after Gordo’s third shower, he is going to need a dresser the size of his papi’s! There were about 25 people in our little apartment, mainly Angel’s friends and relatives and some friends from my original branch. It went very well and the food was fantastic, courtesy of “Dred” or Derek who cooked us up some stewed chicken and rice and beans. Angel is now the designated cake man, I had three pieces, guess I am the Gorda to little man’s o. His sis brought my newest little niece, three weeks old and an amazing little person. Gotta say though, I was frekin terrified holding her, apparently it showed as many got a grand kick out of my awkwardness. I pray I won’t be as nervous with my own, was reassured numerous times that I’d be throwin him over my shoulder like nothing in no time. We shall see.

I am at the stage where I want him to make his appearance half the time and prefer he stays inside, safe from my potentially dangerous self the other half. If the poor little guy can just survive me for a month we should be fine.
